Proof is useful on day one. The public ledger compounds.

The public evidence ledger becomes more valuable as records accumulate; cohorts get larger, benchmarks get tighter, and the ledger's signal-to-noise improves with every locked record. That is a long-horizon outcome.

The Workbench does not depend on that outcome. It is useful from the first season. Client Evidence Packs create immediate value for agronomy work. The Action Queue creates operational value for any contributor running multiple trials. Private evidence organisation is valuable on day one; benchmarking improves as comparable cohorts grow.
