Founding Pioneers — applications open

Proof doesn't have users. It has contributors.

Contributing to Proof means committing to something specific.

Recording what you actually did and what actually happened, whether the result confirms what you expected or challenges it. Accepting that the record is permanent. Being part of building something the industry genuinely needs.

If that sounds straightforward, it is. It also requires something that a lot of platforms don't ask for honesty over presentation. If you're ready for that, we'd like to hear from you.

What contributing involves

There is no single type of Proof contributor. There is a single standard.

Farmers who observe carefully and want their observations to mean something beyond their own gate. Agronomists who build evidence into their recommendations. Researchers connected to real farm conditions. Advisors who believe better evidence leads to better decisions.

Structured recording
Records submitted to Proof need a clear point of comparison, what was done against what wasn't, or what changed against what stayed the same. The submission process guides you through it. The target is under two minutes.
Honest results
You agree to submit outcomes as they are. A record that shows something performing below expectation is not a failed submission, it is exactly what the platform exists to capture. The value of Proof depends on the completeness of the record, not the direction of the results.
Permanent commitment
Once submitted, your record is locked. This is not a constraint on you — it is the foundation of the platform's credibility. A record that could be amended after the fact would be worth nothing. One that can't is worth everything.
Public visibility
Proof Records are public. Your identity can be protected, contribute anonymously if you prefer — but the record itself is visible to anyone. That visibility is what makes it trustworthy.

50 places. Never awarded again.

The first 50 contributors to Proof carry the Founding Pioneer status for the lifetime of the platform. When Proof is the standard and the intention is that it will be these are the people who were here before it was obvious that it would succeed.

Founding Pioneer status is awarded to the people we believe will build this platform with us through the quality of their records, their commitment to the standard, and their willingness to contribute when the dataset is still finding its footing.

Permanent profile badge
The highest recognition on the platform. Visible on every record you submit. For the lifetime of Proof.
Named in the founding record
Publicly and permanently unless you prefer to contribute anonymously, in which case your contribution is recorded and protected.
Physical pioneer badge
A tangible mark of the standard you helped establish. Sent on acceptance.
Influence on development
Your input shapes how verification standards evolve. This is not consultation it is genuine influence from people with standing in the system.
Proof Council access
The ability to raise questions, challenge methodology, and contribute to the governance of the platform directly.

Tell us who you are and what you would bring to Proof.

Applications are read personally. We're looking for people who understand what Proof is trying to do and are genuinely committed to contributing to it not people who want early access to a platform, but people who want to help build one.

We aim to respond within five working days. If your application is successful, you'll receive an invitation to onboard as a Founding Pioneer. If not at this stage, you'll be added to the contributor waitlist.

Either way, you'll hear from us.

A note on the process
This is not an automated sign-up flow. A real person will read every application. The questions are here because the answers matter to us not to filter people out, but to understand what you'd bring to Proof and why it matters to you.
Your information is used only to review your application and contact you with the outcome. We do not share your details with third parties.
