Evidence you did not have to produce yourself.
Proof is an independent public record of arable evidence. Organisations pay for tools built above that record. They cannot pay to change, hide, rank or control it, and that is what makes it worth paying for.
Why independence matters
Evidence produced or funded by the party selling the product gets discounted by everyone who reads it, however good the work. Independent farm-level evidence, locked before the outcome was known and with the failures left in, does not carry that discount.
Every Proof Record shows who recorded it, under what conditions, with what evidence, and whether it was structured before or after the outcome was known. A reader can weigh it for themselves.
What is for sale, and what is not.
The limits are half the offer. They are the reason the record is worth citing, so they carry the same weight here as the products above them.
- Product and category dashboards

- Proof Recorded references for your material
- Research access and partnerships
- API and infrastructure access, later
- Rankings, scores or recommendations
- Suppression or editing of any record
- Priority, prominence or placement
- Private farm data, at any price

By organisation
Manufacturers
Dashboards covering every public record involving your products or category, in every outcome direction, and Proof Recorded references you can cite. You can also record your own trials and upload them with the affiliation declared, bound by the same rules as any contributor. Proof does not sponsor, place or rank them.
Food companies, retailers, banks and insurers
Supply-chain claims, lending and risk pricing increasingly rest on what happens in fields, and most of what reaches you is self-reported. A Proof Record cited in an assurance submission or a lending case can be inspected at its public link. Regional and crop views show how practices are recorded across an area, where thresholds allow. Farm identities are never included; a farm that wants to share its own records with you does so directly.
Researchers, assurance schemes and government
A growing body of structured, timestamped, field-level evidence with declared methods and record states, including the null results that never reach journals. Research access, scheme references and policy-level evidence maps are priced for institutions, not extraction.
How the money works
Contributors record for free, forever. Organisations pay for dashboards, analytics, attestation tools, research access and, later, API access.
Proof caps the share of its revenue that can come from manufacturers, so the record never depends on the goodwill of the companies it covers. No product company, or group of them, can become the customer Proof cannot afford to upset.
Questions organisations ask
- Can we respond to a record about our product?
- Yes, through the same public mechanisms as everyone else. Raise an Evidence Query, or where you hold relevant evidence, record it yourself with the affiliation declared. Responses live on the record, in the open.
- Can we pay Proof to record or place our products?
- No. Proof does not run sponsored recording, and it does not place or rank records. You can record your own trials with the affiliation declared, and they lock whatever they show, like any other record.
- What does a Proof Recorded reference mean?
- It means a claim points to a locked public record that anyone can inspect. It is not an endorsement. Proof endorses nothing.
